We know the ins and outs of the interior design business being designers ourselves for 20 years. Not all receiving warehouses are created equal. We understand the challenges of ordering and receiving products for your clients, and are here to simplify the process. By collaborating with you, we give you, and your clients, the best experience possible.

Warehouse.

Our secured warehouse is fully air conditioned, not climate controlled. We keep your furniture at a cool 75 degrees with no humidity. We have a loading dock for driver convenience. Our entrance is not connected right to the outside (you go through an interior area after the dock to get to our door), fully alarmed with motion detectors, video cameras, the works!

Receiving + Assembly.

We inspect every item within 72 hours of arrival and alert you immediately to any issues. Every piece is photographed that arrives for your approval. We want to be sure your items are as you ordered. We assemble your items at our warehouse weeks prior to delivery to ensure all necessary parts are there and fit properly.

When the inevitable damage occurs during shipping (we’ve all been there, and know it will), we assist in damage repairs and replacements. We understand how time sensitive damages are, so we alert you immediately to any damages or issues with your delivery and work with the vendor to arrange days and times for their representatives to repair, replace, or pick up. After inspection all items are rewrapped and stored until you are ready for your delivery. All items are kept 6” above the floor to keep clean and pristine.

Delivery + Installation.

White glove service. We are meticulous in our inspection and storage. We know the importance of knowing the state of your items when they arrive, and how time sensitive procuring a replacement is. We want to be sure you are fully satisfied with your items delivered to us and note any and all possible flaws upon initial inspection.

We assist in all aspects of installation, whether it be residential, model home, commercial, or vacation home installations. Anything from just delivering a sofa, to installing art and window treatments, to full turnkey installation can be arranged and provided by our design team.

Are you an out-of-state designer? You can send us your design and plans, and we will install everything for you down to making beds and putting lightbulbs in lamps.

Our goal is to make you look like the amazing designer you are and your clients happy!

How we make your day to day easier.

  • We work with you to get items repaired and with the vendors representatives on your behalf so you don’t have to deal with it.

  • By assembling pieces weeks before install, we ensure you have ample time to get replacement parts prior to your installation date.
